NOTICE OF PUBLIC BRIEFING PORT OF PASCO The Port of Pasco will conduct public briefings regarding the Port’s proposed Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to fund infrastructure improvements for the Reimann Industrial Center. The briefings will include a description of the increment area, the public improvements proposed to be financed with the tax allocation revenues, and a detailed estimate of tax revenues for the participating local governments and taxing districts, including the amounts allocated to the increment public improvements.  The briefings will be held on October 28th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., and November 17th at 9:00 a.m. The meetings will be held at the Port of Pasco, 1110 Osprey Pointe Blvd., Pasco, WA, and via Zoom, with Public Access also available ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­through call in to 1-301-715-8592, meeting ID 6676918983. The public is invited to attend the briefing and present oral or written testimony regarding the TIF, or to submit written comments to the Port at 1110 Osprey Pointe, Pasco, WA 99301, to be received no later than the time of the briefing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Preliminary Budget of the Port of Pasco for the year 2022 is on file at both the Port Office located at 1110 Osprey Pointe Blvd. Suite 201, Pasco, Washington, and a copy thereof may be inspected by any taxpayer and on the Port’s website at www.portofpasco.org under the Port’s Financial Information. The Port Commission will meet Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 10:45 a.m. at said Port Office and via Zoom, with Public Access also available ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­through call in to 1-301-715-8592, meeting ID 6676918983.  for the purpose of fixing and adopting the Final Budget of the Port of Pasco for the ensuing year.
