MARKETING INTERNSHIP

Port of Pasco

The Port of Pasco is accepting applications for a paid 3-month Internship Program for the Summer 2019.  This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director to create and update materials and assist in marketing the Tri-Cities Airport and the coordination of activities and programs conducted by the Tri-City Development Council, Tri-Cities Regional Area Chamber of Commerce, TCVCB, Pasco Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Pasco Development Authority and other local business associations on behalf of the Port.  Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be skilled in use of social media with proficiency in Word and photo editing software. Proficiency to speak and write in Spanish is preferred but not required.

The qualified candidate will be enrolled in a degree college program studying business administration, public affairs or related field.  Must pass a pre-employment/drug exam and background check.  Intern may be required to work weekends.  Intern will be compensated at $15.00/hour and does not include benefits.
